MyJAMS Ltd spin-off company
Commercial development from the ARME project is being taken forward through the MyJAMS Ltd spin-off company.
MyJAMS builds on the Joint Active Music Sessions (JAMS) platform developed from ARME research. The platform uses responsive musician avatars to support virtual concerts, practice sessions, and music teaching, translating the project’s synchronisation models and immersive rehearsal tools into a product direction for musicians and educators.
The aim is to help musicians learn, connect, rehearse, and perform together in virtual spaces. By turning ARME’s research prototypes into a practical platform, MyJAMS creates a route for the project’s work on adaptive virtual ensemble performance to reach wider creative and educational communities.

Associate Professor
Max Di Luca is the lead PI of the project. He is Associate Professor at the University of Birmingham (UK) in the Centre for Computational Neuroscience and Cognitive Robotics.
